Anticipatory classes

We organise antenatal classes for expectant mothers and couples in the form of an informative session with an experienced midwife and a neonatal nurse. These are particularly suitable for parents expecting their first baby.

What can you expect?

• two informative sessions – the first with a midwife, followed by a tour of the delivery rooms, and the second with a neonatal nurse
• practical advice on childbirth and caring for birth injuries
• Tips on managing contractions and labour situations
• how to involve your partner during and after the birth
• Relaxation techniques and breathing exercises
• breastfeeding and newborn care

When?

Meeting with a midwife: every first Tuesday of the month from 2.30 pm (price: 250 CZK)

Meeting with a neonatal nurse: every second Tuesday of the month from 2.30 pm (price: 100 CZK)

• We recommend attending the courses after the 32nd week of pregnancy
• You can attend both sessions or just one
• No booking required
