Processing of personal data
Oblastní nemocnice Příbram, a.s., with its registered office at Gen. R. Tesaříka 80, Příbram I, 261 01 Příbram, Company ID No. 27085031, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file number B 8883, processes your personal data in connection with your request for services in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), the following personal data:

Data Controller
The processing of personal data is carried out by the Controller, Oblastní nemocnice Příbram, a.s., with its registered office at Gen. R. Tesaříka 80, Příbram I, 261 01 Příbram, Company ID No. 27085031, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file number B 8883. However, personal data may also be processed on behalf of the Controller by other processors, such as providers of processing software, services and applications, which the company does not currently use.
Reasons for processing personal data
The personal data provided must be processed to ensure the smooth operation of the website, to enable the submission of enquiries via the website, and to allow comments to be posted on articles on the website. Such processing is permitted under Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation. This personal data will be processed by the Controller for a period of 3 years from the first processing of the personal data, unless you give your consent to further processing.
