What to bring?

• health insurance card, ID card
• pregnancy card
• a ‘K’ form – issued by your registered gynaecologist
• a morning urine sample
• Results of the first-trimester combined test and detailed foetal morphology scan in the second trimester (especially if these were not carried out at our clinic)
• GBS result, if already available (vaginal swab for the presence of beta-haemolytic streptococcus)
• important medical records (previous complications during childbirth, treatment by specialists in other fields)
• if applicable, your birth plan for consultation
