Dear Director, I am writing to you to express my high praise for the gynaecology department, and in particular the postnatal ward, at your regional hospital. 

Our daughter was born at your hospital on Tuesday 16 April. From the moment of admission – which was not easy for me – through the rapid transfer to the operating theatre and the subsequent emergency caesarean section, I was incredibly satisfied with the entire staff. I must commend the professionalism of Dr Petra Englerová and Dr Richard Sabol during the operation. Of course, the whole team in the theatre was brilliant, and thanks to them, even such a complicated birth was much more pleasant.

I would also like to comment on the postnatal ward. When I was here five years ago after the birth of my son, and now? It is a huge achievement how far your entire team and the quality of your services have come. I felt brilliant here. All the staff were so incredibly kind, and they always helped me and accommodated any request I had. The whole team treated me and my daughter so wonderfully that, thanks to them, I will have nothing but the best memories of those first days with my daughter. 

Keep up the good work, and I wish you more and more satisfied mums.
